CDPH Program Flexibility and Waiver Registration
Click on the register button to enroll with the Risk and Safety Solutions (RSS) to gain access to the CDPH RSS application. Within 3 business days after your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email invitation from RiskandSafety.com to activate your account. You will then be able to submit a request for Patient Needs Waiver (PNW), Workforce Shortage Waiver (WSW), or Program Flexibility (PF) directly to the CDPH-RSS application.
